​Feinstein was instrumental in the development of urbanfetch.com, one of the first Internet retail companies in New York and London, showcasing his innovative approach to e-commerce. He then founded Starlight Home Entertainment, a company that achieved success by leveraging his extensive knowledge of retail in sourcing, developing, manufacturing, marketing, and distributing unique and popular niche home entertainment products for consumers to purchase at retail stores or online. His invaluable insights into marketing, product selection, customer service, operations, and pricing strategies further enhanced the company's effectiveness in the marketplace.
His comprehensive understanding of the retail landscape paved the way for his work with automated retail kiosk companies, first with Redbox and then with MinuteKey. He was integral in assisting both companies with their operations as they expanded into thousands of high profiled locations nationwide. In 2013, Feinstein ventured into the cannabis retail industry, assisting entrepreneurs in opening retail stores across the country, as well establishing and being a co-Founder of Pineapple Express, a cannabis retail store on Hollywood and Vine. The company has secured permitting and locations for six new cannabis retail locations, looking to grow the Pineapple Express brand in various prime Los Angeles neighborhoods.
